Here at CPG we have been proudly providing logistics services since 1978. Since then, CPG Logistics has grown significantly and we are currently operating from three facilities, all based at Fareham Reach, Gosport, in Hampshire.

We take enormous pride in our facilities and, at present, operate from three state of the art warehouses. With 18,000 square meters of quality warehousing and 4,000 square meters of dedicated production and assembly areas operating to GMP standards, we offer our clients wholly tailored solutions even for those products with the most stringent storage and transportation demands.

We are able to provide flexible storage solutions to meet goods’ requirements, however specific they may be. The setup of our warehouses allows us to facilitate the storage of many different products in different configurations including; standard 4 way pallets, Euro pallets, picking bins, shelf locations and oversized pallet locations.

We have the space and infrastructure to support not only different storage requirements but also different pick/pack activities. Our vertical storage lifts enable us to streamline picking activity, offering enhanced efficiency, and optimising storage space. Furthermore, we have production facilities and a white room for even more specialist activities operating to GMP standards, temperature controlled – between 15 – 25°C – and humidity monitored.

At CPG, we have deployed SAP throughout our facilities. This provides a proven and robust warehouse management system to manage all inventory processes. Designed to manage complex warehouse structures, we have continued to utilise the applications in all aspects of our warehousing and production operations.

Our sophisticated warehousing facilities enable us to provide services across a wide range of organisations and industries, typically characterised by complex requirements.

We have the knowledge and expertise to manage a diverse range of high value items, including; controlled drugs, consumer electronics and classified MOD equipment. Although we provide shared or multi-user facilities, we operate with strict segregation for our customers which further assures secure storage abilities.

In addition to this, we have the systems in place that mean we can link to other warehousing solutions. By doing this we are able to physically manage orders and virtually manage various inventories, sending orders to alternative locations to support operations in other areas.

CPG Logistics have extensive experience in managing complex supply chain projects and as a result have dedicated in house supply chain experts. Our teams work to synchronise your supply network with your distribution and manufacturing networks.

Logistics and Distribution Services

CPG Logistics provides efficient and assured distribution services both in the UK and globally. Last year we despatched to 90 different countries, using effective distribution channels to reach the relevant customer base.

Order Processing and Fulfilment

We are able to receive, process and fulfil orders through a variety of different channels and mediums. This includes but is not limited to web-based orders and XML/CSV files and we can also interface with clients to accept orders through e-commerce sites.

Inventory Management

Our warehouses and systems are designed entirely around inventory management. At the same time, CPG Logistics teams are true inventory experts allowing us to manage high value and complex inventories.

Returns and Destruction Services

At CPG Logistics, we manage returns to ensure that all costs and waste is minimised. To achieve this, we undertake root cause analysis on any return so that we can understand why the goods were returned.
